CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE
If you’re anything like us, you’re more excited than ever about upcoming events happening anywhere but inside. There are all kinds of cool stuff happening in Chico year-round, but one of our favorites has to be The Concours d’Elegance, an annual car show held at the Butte Creek Country Club. As auto mechanics in Chico, we think there’s nothing better than a classic car show outdoors, especially now!
Of course, there’s more than just classic cars at the Concours d’Elegance, including food, music, and a community dinner later in the evening! But the real stars of the show are all these classic cars on display by your friends and neighbors. These are legends you usually only see on TV, but right before your eyes so you can appreciate them in person. It’s a once-a-year event you won’t want to miss, and that’s why we’re here to tell you about it. It’s been a rough few years for the show since Camp Fire and COVID, but 2021 is going to be big to compensate and we want you to be there to enjoy it with us!
ABOUT THE CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE
The Concours d’Elegance has been held nearly every year since 1979. Hosted by the Butte Creek Country Club, admission is free and open to all guests. Traditionally it’s happened in the summer, but due to increasing heat, it’s been pushed into October for 2021. This will make standing outside for hours a bit more tolerable so you won’t be sweating while appreciating the hot rods.

HOW TO ENTER
Interested in showing off your car in the show? You can enter by filling out the Concours entry form on their website. Entry fees are $40 and the deadline is October 3rd, 2021. Link below:

Outside of work Buddy enjoys spending time with his family and playing softball is one of his many passions.
